Our music series returns to your outdoor living room and adds movies, all hosted at the Summer Green Street. All events were free to the general public, located at NE 42nd and The Ave.

Garfield Jazz Quartet

Garfield Jazz is part of the nationally recognized Fine Arts Department at Garfield High School, a diverse public school in Seattle, Washington.

Judd Wasserman

Judd’s solo style has been described as indie-folk, bluesy, and country. He has been compared to Nick Drake, Elliott Smith, Jim Croce, and Cat Stevens. Judd’s looping sets him apart from a traditional “guy with an acoustic guitar.” He layers tracks live to create a more lush sonic landscape.

Twister (1996) - Two storm chasers on the brink of divorce must work together to create an advanced weather alert system by putting themselves in the cross-hairs of extremely violent tornadoes. [It is highly-unlikely that Seattle will experience a tornado.]

Casey Freedom

Toting husky guitar chops and a warm, burly voice, he puts a fresh spin on a familiar sound that’s both intimate and fun.

Summer Green Street

We renovated one section of NE 42nd Street as an experiment in 'tactical urbanism' during the summer of 2024.

This temporary activation attracted people to the U District to envision our public realm for the future. All events on our calendar were free and family-friendly.  Movie nights featured free popcorn.
